Is Recovery Possible? Anjeliah Says Yes
One of the most difficult parts of addiction struggles is how, sometimes, recovery becomes a cycle of getting better and then getting trapped right back. If you’ve struggled with addiction, you may know what I mean: there’s been times when you tried to get better—and got better for a while—but it was difficult to make recovery last. It may have left you asked the question, “Is true, lasting recovery even possible?”
Let me introduce you to Anjeliah. She spent years in addiction, which led to lying, cheating, and failing her family. She was told that once she became a junkie, she would die a junkie. Maybe you’ve been told something similar, but I want to encourage you that recovery is in fact possible. It was possible for Anjeliah!
Someone took a chance with her once. Twice. Three times! And because of that, today she is a leader and a mentor to other people who are struggling. What an incredible transformation! Watch to see how she found true restoration.
