Jehovah Tsidkenu

NAMES OF GOD – DAY 20

NAME: Jehovah Tsidkenu
PRONOUNCED: juh-ho-vuh sid kay new
TIMES FOUND: 2
FIRST USED: Jeremiah 23:6
MEANING: The Lord Our Righteous Savior
FAVORITE VERSE: Jeremiah 23:6 In his days Judah will be saved and Israel will live in safety. This is the name by which he will be called: Jehovah Tsidkenu.

CHALLENGE: God is perfect, holy, and righteous. He calls you to be the same. This is impossible without Christ. We know that with Christ we become all of those. The challenge today is to remember who you are. Not because of who you are or what you’ve done but because of who He is and what He’s done.

For an extra challenge read Jeremiah 23.

I pray you enjoyed our Names of God study. The names will be left on my page if you would like to go back and reference any of them. We could not cover them all in this 20 day study because God is so magnificent He has many, many names – but knowing these are a great start to knowing who He is! God bless.
