Peace isn’t found under the tree. It’s found in His presence.
The holidays can feel like a blur of wrapping paper, baking, and a to-do list that never ends. We chase joy through decorations and stress about creating perfect moments. But here’s the truth that changes everything:
Peace isn’t found under the tree—it’s found in His presence.

If the season has left you feeling anxious or disconnected, you’re not alone. But peace is not something we manufacture—it’s something we receive when we slow down and seek the One who came to bring it.
Isaiah 26:3 reminds us:
“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.”
Peace flows from a mind fixed on Christ, not the calendar.
Psalm 16:11 says:
“You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence…”
God’s presence is the place where lasting joy and peace are found—not in the gifts, but in the Giver.
And Philippians 4:6–7 encourages us:
“Do not be anxious about anything… the peace of God… will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.”
His peace protects our hearts, even when the season feels heavy.
This year, give yourself the gift of presence—not more to do, but more time with Jesus. Light a candle, open your Bible, and simply be still. You’ll find what your heart has been searching for all along.
