Is there a place at the table for you?

It’s so easy to feel unworthy and unqualified. One mistake may lead to another and suddenly, you don’t think you can be forgiven, much less enter into the King’s presence. That just isn’t true. Jesus loves you so much, and He can heal and restore anything. He can bring beauty out of the most broken things. God placed it on my heart to make sure the ladies at True Purpose Ministry knew that.

I didn’t know how we’d pull it off, but the Lord kept opening doors! Thanks to generous support from many different groups and individuals, we were able to get a beautiful venue, catered food, gorgeous dresses, T-shirts, and copies of From These Broken Pieces. If you were someone who made this night possible, THANK YOU!

I heard one lady say that the night was the very first time in her life that she’d gotten that dressed up. There were smiles all around and so much love for each other and the Lord. Natalie Renee led us in worship and the sound of the ladies praising their Savior was absolutely beautiful!

Ashley B. Shepherd brought a message that challenged us all to see ourselves the way God sees us: as daughters of the King.

One of my favorite moments of the night was passing out copies of my new book From These Broken Pieces to the sixty ladies in attendance. Many of them have stories in the book. It was amazing to hear the ladies rifle through the pages and call out to each other, “You’re on page thirty-nine!”

What a beautiful night! Thanks again to everyone who made it possible!

Have You Gotten Your Copy of From These Broken Pieces?

Speaking of From These Broken Pieces, have you ordered your copy? What do you think so far while reading it? I would love to hear your thoughts! Also, don’t forget to leave a review on Amazon when you finish reading the book. That is super helpful for getting the book into more hands!
